SUBSTITUTES: Assist in providing developmentally appropriate classroom experiences under the supervision of the Head Teacher or Assistant Teacher. Able to follow the teacher’s directions for working in the classroom. Help supervise the children as they play inside and out on the playground. Maintain agency confidentiality policy. Model appropriate behavior by acting professionally with parents, children and staff.  HS Diploma or equivalent is required.


TEACHER/ CAREGIVERS:  Provide a quality education experience for infants and toddlers; as well as make home visits.  Experience working with young children.  Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood with course work in infant/toddler development or related field or an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with course work in infant/toddler development.

FOOD SERVICE MANAGER: Oversees complete operation of the food service department.  Responsible for menu planning, preparation and serving of all meals ensuring all local, state and federal regulations are met.  The FSM will train, manage and supervise food service staff.  Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Food Service Administration or Nutrition and one (1) year of food service experience; or high school diploma and three (3) years of food service experience in a childcare setting. ServSafe Manager Certification preferred.


FOOD SERVICE ASSISTANT: Assists in the Food Service Department with general kitchen duties; preparation and serving of all meals, as well as, cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen space and equipment.  Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year experience in food service related field.  ServSafe Handler Certification preferred.


HOME BASED FAMILY EDUCATOR: Work with children and families on home visits, identifying strengths and goals, as well as, leading an infant/toddler playgroup. Individual must be independent, but be able to work as a team member. AAS in Early Childhood, Child & Family Services or related field and human service experience. 


FLOATER AIDE: - Responsible for staff breaks, sanitizing classroom and gross motor area toys and equipment, as well as, substituting and any other duties assigned by supervisor.  Experience working with young children and high school diploma or equivalent required.
